First Time Home Buyer Classes are scheduled by the 1st East Central Georgia Partners in Homeownership between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm at the Peabody Apartment Community Room, 1425 Walton Way, Augusta, GA on the following Saturdays: July 17, August 14, September 18, October 16, November 13, December 18, 2010. Class participants (that stay until the end) will receive a HUD certificate that may be used for Down Payment assistance with most agencies for those who qualify.
